With gas prices soaring, SUV's are out and subcompact cars or mini-compact cars are in. People are moving to these little cars to save on gas. Before, you did not want to buy a subcompact. They were not as stylish and the power was very underpowered by most standards. But things have changed. Car manufacturers see the soaring gas prices, and see the demand from customers for more efficient cars to get from point A to point B. It must be remembered that even though its nice to have a fuel efficient grocery getter, you also want it to be able to perform good on the highway.
